We strongly advise our customers to correctly size their air conditioning system before ordering.
If you are unsure about sizing the correct system for your requirements please contact us for advice.
Cancellations
You may cancel an order at any time before the despatch of the goods.
Cancellations will incur a 15% administration fee.
If your item has already been dispatched, delivery costs for both ways will be charged to you.
You as the customer have a duty of care for the product whilst it is in your possession. If products are damaged by you no refund will be made.
Aircond Livinggreen Star will not be responsible for returning any goods that have been lost in transit if you have returned them at your own will.
Aircond Livinggreenstar will refund or exchange purchased equipment if the equipment on delivery is found not to be of merchantable quality.
We will only refund where a replacement unit can not be provided. Refunds will be made by the same method used for the purchase.
Upon agreement to replace or refund the purchase price of the faulty unit, the defective unit must be returned to us for inspection by the manufacturer. If the goods are deemed faulty following confirmation by the manufacturer you may replace them free of charge. If you have any queries regarding this matter please contact us.
